Magazines

Did you know that the library has a large collection of magazines? We offer over 100 titles on a variety of subjects for patrons of all ages to enjoy. The majority of the magazine collection is located in the middle of the library arranged alphabetically on the shelves. Current issues are displayed face out in a plastic holder and the previous copies from that year are stored behind that issue.  Previous issues can be checked out for two weeks. There are also magazines in the Young Adult and Children’s areas of the library.  In addition to owning magazines, we have a shelf where patrons are encouraged to trade their used magazines with others. Our upcoming book sale will include magazines that patrons have donated. Of course, if you just need a place to relax, everyone is welcome to grab a magazine, drop into a comfortable chair and read for a few minutes or several hours.
