Daylight Saving Time Ends; Standard Time Resumes
Nov 6-March 11, 2012. Standard Time resumes at 2AM on the first Sunday in November in each time zone, as provided by the Uniform Time Act of 1966 (and amended in 1986 by Public Law 99-359 and by the Energy Policy Act of 2005). Many use the popular rule "spring forward, fall back" to remember which way to turn their clocks.
