A well-known mystery author will be celebrating her 70th birthday on Saturday April 24th. Sue Grafton is best known as the author of the “alphabet series” featuring private investigator Kinsey Milhone in fictional Santa Teresa, California. Sue is the daughter of novelist C.W. Grafton, and the strongest influence on her crime novels is author Ross MacDonald.
