Everyone who has ever used a dictionary as a reference can thank Noah Webster for creating a dictionary that has been revised and abridged and is still used today. Noah Webster was born 250 years ago on October 16, 1758 in Hartford, Connecticut. Today Noah’s work is still being updated and used as a recource for people who use words every day!
