Safety & Security on the Internet

Mark your calendar for Thursday, March 13, 6-9pm.  MATC instructor Glenn Rehberg will be back at the library to teach a free and very informative computer class titled “Safety & Security On the Internet”.  This course introduces computer safety principles and procedures for safer use of email, Internet browsing, online shopping and personal information security.  Attendees will learn about common scams, software and hardware exploits, and how to better secure their own computer from unauthorized access.  No previous computer experience is necessary.  Don’t miss this chance to learn how to protect yourself from identity theft.
