A nostalgic
comedy set in Milwaukee during the 1950s, television’s “Happy Days” premiered
forty years ago on January 15, 1974.
Teenager Richie Cunningham was played by Ron Howard and his best friends
were Postie Weber and Ralph Malph. The
show lasted until 1984 and had three spin-offs.

the talented people who brought the Happy Days characters to life. Did you know
that in season five of Happy Days, the Fonz obtains a library card and
declares, “Reading is cool!” The following week there was a 500% increase
nation wide of people getting library cards.
