95 yrs ago World War 1 Armistice

At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918, ninety-five years ago the Allied and Central powers ended World War One. We have many books and videos on this topic. One of the few books that delivers a comprehensive account of the war is John Keegan’s “The First World War”. It combines thoroughly researched descriptions of history, technology and means of warfare with nuances of psychology and mystery of the Great War. You can find our collection of WWI books on the Red Baron, Doughboys and the famous Zimmerman telegraph at 940.5 in our nonfiction collection.
