Minnesota State Fair Time

 

It’s state fair time in Minnesota and few are as beloved as the Minnesota State Fair and its annual “Twelve Days of Fun” leading up to Labor Day. You may have wondered what all the fuss is about, but this is where mini donuts and batter-fried cheese curds were invented! Now all the fun of being at a fair can be enjoyed by reading “Minnesota State Fair: an illustrated history” by Kathryn Koutsky.
