Dig into Reading @ the Reedsburg Public Library July 15-20

This year’s Summer Library Program theme: “Dig into Reading” is perfect for this week’s Family Fun Night…it is Worm Race Time!  The racing of worms has been part of the Reedsburg Public Library’s summer celebration for over 20 years and this year it will be held on Tuesday, July 16th at 6:30pm.  Specially trained racing worms are provided.

The Discovery Program for elementary age children will be Thursday, July 18th at 2pm.  Kids will work in teams and dissect owl pellets to discover what owls eat by identifying the bones and other clues they discover.  Please register for this program in the Children’s Area of the Library.

Teen Time at 2pm on Friday, July 19th is a “Clown College.” Kids going into 6th-12th grades will learn how to juggle, face paint and make balloon animals.
