Vince Lombardi 100

Pulitzer Prizing winner author David Maraniss tackled the life of Vince Lombardi in his 1999 biography “When Pride Still Mattered”.  Vince Lombardi was born one hundred years ago on June 11, 1913.  Maraniss looks at the coach of the Packers from 1959 to 1967. Lombardi turned perennial losers into a juggernaut, winning back-to-back NFL titles and Super Bowls.
