The Edvest College Savings Plan, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, and the Green Bay Packers have teamed up to encourage children to read more this summer! Leap Into Reading! eligibility is limited to legal residents of the state of Wisconsin who are at least 18 years of age and are the parent, grandparent or legal guardian of a child, age 13 years or younger who is participating in the 2013 Wisconsin Library Summer Reading Program. Completion of the Summer Reading Program is not required to win. Limit of one (1) entry per child.
