America’s first full-length animated feature film and also the first Technicolor feature premiered on December 21, 1937. Seventy-five years ago this film was a labor of love from Walt Disney, who for years wanted to create a feature-length cartoon. “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” featured the classic songs “Some Day My Prince Will Come” and “Whistle While You Work”. To celebrate this moment in time, we have the film, and you can also request the new “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: The Art and Creation of Walt Disney’s Classic Animated Film” by J.B. Kaufman. This book created by the Disney Family Foundation is a catalog of never-before-seen art and behind-the- scenes stories.
