Remember that the Friends of the Library Silent Auction begins on Monday, October 8th at 8:30 am. Stop in and place your bids daily, as it will run until Saturday, October 20th. Auction items are on display at the library and on the library’s website. In order to participate, bidders can enter the auction item number, the name of the item, a bid and the time of day on the auction bid slip. Be sure to add a name and phone number before placing the bid slip in the auction entry box. Members of the Friends will update the auction bids each day. Current bids will be posted at the library and on the library website. There are almost 200 items available in the auction, including tickets to Taliesin, Brett Favre memorabilia, casino stay packages and signed books.
