Mark your calendar for Thursday, November 8th at 7 PM as we welcome back author Richard Dawley. Author of “Amish in Wisconsin”, Dawley will be presenting “Amish: To Be or Not To Be”, which examines the choices teens make to join the Amish church or to leave. Dawley has written many books related to the Amish and Mennonite communities. There are an estimated 8,000-12,000 Amish in Wisconsin and this program promises to be an educational, informative and entertaining presentation for everyone. Mr. Dawley has visited and lived with the Amish extensively and will clear up any myths, questions or curiosities that you have about the Amish culture.
