Dream Big Read- July 13-19

Dream Big-READ! @ the Reedsburg Public Library
Teen Time @ 2 on Friday the 13th will be all about Angry Birds. Kids going into 6th through 12th grades will play this popular game on the big screen, make structures with wood, boxes and balloon pigs and their own angry birds from polar fleece. The Teen Book Club will be discussing The True Meaning of Smekday by Adam Rex and the next book will be available for check out.
The following programs continue through the month of July: Babygarten at 10am on Monday morning and the Monday Matinee Movie at 2pm. Junior Lunch Bunch at noon on Tuesday and Sweet Dreams Storytime at 6:30pm Tuesday evening. Morning Storytime is on Wednesday at 10am and Loganville Book Bunch at the Town Hall in Loganville is also at 10am.
Children going into 1st-3rd grades meet at 1pm on Thursday, July 19th for a Discovery Program called Outrageous Olympics. Kids will be competing in events such as Hula Hoops, Jump Rope and the Captain Underpants Relay Races. Kids going into 4th and 5th grades will meet at 3pm for their Outrageous Olympic games. Please register for this program in the Children’s Area of the Library.
The 20th Anniversary celebration of the Worm Races will be held on Thursday, July 19th at 6:30pm. To make this year’s event extra special additional activities will be hosted throughout the Library. The Library supplies the worms and the dirt cake.
