Library eBooks from Overdrive are now available on the Amazon Kindle. Previously you have only been able to download (checkout) eBooks from Overdrive on mainly the Barnes & Noble Nook, and the Sony Reader. Now besides the Kindle you can also use other mobile devices that run the free Kindle app, such as iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets and more. To get started, visit our web page and click on Overdrive. Or if you would like to try a Kindle or Nook we have them to check out, they are available on a first come first serve basis, check the sign behind the desk to see if currently available. They are already loaded with titles, so you can see what e-books readers are all about. Maybe you will want to own your own?
