10 years ago- May 31, 2000 "The Marooning" the first episode.Survivor: Borneo was the first season of the reality show "Survivor". It was set in the South China Sea on the remote Malaysian island of Pulau Tiga in the state of Sabah, about 6 miles off the north coast of Borneo, Malaysia.
