March 24, 1911: Joseph Barbera was born in New York City
Was one-half of the world's most prolific and beloved animation teams: Hanna-Barbera.
Working with Bill Hanna, he created the Tom and Jerry shorts and more than 100 cartoon series. We have many of them in book and dvd form including The Flinstones and the Jetsons.
