The Friends of the Library Holiday Fund Drive “ Have a Star-Spangled Holiday”, is already in fill swing this year. When you present a book or other item to your library, many others will have the opportunity to read it. Here is your chance to do just that. The drive was very successful last year with over $2,000 being donated for the purchase of new materials. Names of contributors are posted at the library, this year we are creating a flag. So we will put a star on our flag with your name for as little as $5.00 or donate over $30 for your name on a stripe. Your name or a designated name will also be listed here in our column. The Friends of the Library thank you for your continued support. Be one of the first to give, avoid the Christmas rush.
